Our membership was awarded on 20 July 2026, and it marks another step in our commitment to advancing sustainable design and green building practice across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
About the U.S. Green Building Council
The U.S. Green Building Council is a global non-profit organisation that works to transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built and operated. It is best known as the developer of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), the most widely used green building rating system in the world. LEED provides a framework for healthy, efficient, low-carbon and cost-saving buildings, and it is applied to thousands of projects in the Middle East, from commercial towers and hospitals to schools, hotels and entire communities.
