Green Vision Consultants were appointed by SSH to provide Waste Management design consultancy services for the project including but not limited to developing waste management strategy and planning, identification of Waste Generators, Classification of Waste Types, Calculation of Waste Volume Generation, Waste Routes Analysis, Waste Flow Management, Waste Room Design & Specifications, and Waste Equipment Identification.
The project represents luxurious residential development – Ellington Views I and II developed by Ellington Properties and located in one of Ras Al Khaimah’s most sought-after areas in the UAE.
Nestled in the picturesque Al Hamra area, the four towers boast breathtaking views of the Waldorf Astoria Villas and Marjan Island on one side and the Al Hamra Golf Course on the other, covering a plot area of 249,709 sq. ft.
