Green Vision Consultants were appointed by RMJM to provide Waste Management and Wayfinding & Signage design consultancy services for the project including but not limited to developing waste management strategy and planning, identification of Waste Generators, Classification of Waste Types, Calculation of Waste Volume Generation, Waste Routes Analysis, Waste Flow Management, Waste Room Design & Specifications, and Waste Equipment Identification as well as developing wayfinding strategy & planning, user flow & circulation analysis, user type identification, user behavior analysis, user experience management, signage graphics & technical design, location / placement plans & drawings, and message schedules.
The project represents high-rise residential towers – Cello Residences by TARAF, a real estate division of Yas Holding, developed in collaboration with RMJM, the Lead Consultant on the project, and is situated in the well-established community of Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The development comprises 387 apartments distributed across two towering structures.
